Once your order has shipped, we do not have control over the delivery times.

Once your order has shipped, Unphased Crystals is not responsible for your package. Any lost packages or theft is not Unphased Crystals responsibility, and we can not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Only exception is if Unphased Crystals had made the error with the information that was provided.
